The Process:
Property Claims

1. Inactive InsurCards are issued to field adjusters.

2. After an accident, adjuster inspects loss and authorizes payment.

3. Records loss in insurers system.

4. InsurCard is loaded and activated by adjuster for short-term cash needs.

5. Policyholder is given InsurCard and instructed in use.

6. Policyholder uses InsurCard for emergency repairs and ALE.

7. Bank provides 24/7 cardholder support by phone and web.

8. Adjuster authorizes additional payments to claimants based on damage.

9. Additional funds loaded onto the same InsurCard.

10. Bank provides Insurer with reconciliation and statistical reporting.
